Rachel McLish is a former professional bodybuilder, actress, and author. She was born on June 21, 1955, in Harlingen, Texas. McLish is considered one of the pioneers of women's bodybuilding and is credited with helping to popularize the sport in the 1980s.
McLish started her career as a competitive bodybuilder in the late 1970s and was crowned the first Ms. Olympia in 1980. She went on to win the Ms. Olympia title again in 1982, solidifying her status as one of the top female bodybuilders of her time.
